RECIPES

Ok so how did you feel as you read through the food list?? Were you thinking "I got this" or did you think "oh my gosh what did I get myself into?" Well regardless of how you felt lol, you are committed so let me help you be successful. Use this blog to find informational articles, motivation and RECIPES! I think you will find there are tons of wonderful paleo recipes out there and you don't have to give up good tasting food to eat healthy.
